Fun way to learn typing!

Learning how to type with Mickey and friends must be one of the funnest ways for kids to learn typing. My 7-year old daughter read through all the introductions on the box and couldn't wait to start the "adventure" with Mickey the day we received the software. The story of adventure in the program captivated her attention, and she was very motivated to practice her typing in order to find out what's gonna happen next. We've only gotten the software for a few days, but so far she hasn't lost interest, and would ask to spend some time practicing typing each day. There were times when she got impatient because she didn't meet the goal of a particular section, and thus couldn't move on with the story, however, the desire to find out what would happen next kept her going and to keep trying.

My 5-year old's hands were a little small for the keyboard, so I thought he wouldn't be able to utilize the program. However, seeing his sister having fun, he insisted on trying. To my surprise, he was able to pick up the skills very quickly. Even though he could not always keep all his fingers on the right keys, he was able to use the right fingers to hit the right keys when "playing" the game.

I'd recommend this product to anyone who wants to introduce typing in a fun way to their children.

Buyer beware - Does not work with Windows 7

Does not work with Windows 7! Crashes on the 2nd level typing lesson. The description says its compatible with Windows 7, but even in compatibility mode, it does not work.

Do not buy this

I have Windows 7 and couldn't get this installed. We tried NUMEROUS times and it was very frustrating to say the least. Since it never worked we are going to return it. This was a huge disappointment.
