I've been playing my copies of Card Games IV and Board Games for nearly a decade, but they won't work on my new Windows 7 machine, so I finally bought this new version. I read the reviews, and fretted a bit because the most common complaint in the negative ads was that they had trouble loading it on Windows 7(64 bit). Well, the game loaded just fine, and runs great.
Pros: Easy install, has both card and board games, runs completely from the hard drive with no need for the disc. And the face creator interface is the same as it always was so there was no learning curve to deal with.
Cons: Some of my favorite characters are gone, and the Hoyle Bucks thing is kind of silly.
Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and gladly recommend it.

I have had this game before.When I bought A new computer and it was not compatible. Right away I bought A new one. I enjoy playing games and working puzzles.It's A great passtime for an 84 year old lady!
