Will not open

I bought and downloaded this program today for my 3-year-old. Amazon e-mailed me an activation key that I must enter in order for the game to be played the first time. Unfortunately, every time I try to enter it, I get a message that says there is an internal error on the serve, and I can't go any farther. My 3-year-old wants to play, and I can't do anything to get the $10 program to work!

Don't waste your money!!

This product was very disappointing. I have yet to figure out how to access the printable pages. The games are nothing special and there are not very many, they do nothing to teach a child who doesn't already know their shapes, colours, numbers, and letters. Lame is the best word to describe this, very disappointing as my daughter loves Caillou.

This Software Does Not Work

Downloaded this software. It would not open despite several attempts. I get error messages stating an "internal error". I tried for hours deleting and reloading and reading "tips" and "suggestions" to no avail..I also did not receive an helpful replies to my requests for help from their customer service. I am disappointed that this software doesn't work.
